Implementation Manager

About this job
  1. Implement Cash Management, Trade Finance, Investor Service Solutions including Project Management, Integration Management of Electronic Banking Services, ERP Interfacing, Host to Host Integration, Payable, Collection solutions.
  2. Provide Business Solutions to existing and new clients on above services.

  1. Business solution to existing and new relationships.
  2. Preparation of DoU / MRD / BRD for business solutions.
  3. Participation in RfI, RfP discussion.
  4. Extend technical support on our e-banking platform to our clients.
  5. Liaises and works with clients to ensure smooth and efficient Implementation of products and services, including Product and Service level documentation.
  6. Works with various internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, IT, other branches’ counterparts) to implement the solutions and co-ordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of the solutions.
  7. Co-ordinates internally and with clients for user acceptance testing.
  8. Responsible for platform installation, UAT, training, migration and support at client sites and implementation of financial systems integration with clients’ ERP (eg, SAP, Oracle Financial, JD Edwards, etc.) systems.
