Ideal candidate should have a minimum 0- to 4 years of Experience having executed.

· Handling End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle
· Organizing Face-to-Face interview or telephonic interview.
· Interview follow-ups, closures & joining of candidates.
· Co-coordinating with Clients for taking requirements & feedback and allocating new requirements to the team to have right profile sourced for urgent requirements.
· Conducting scheduled walk-in as and when directed.
· Sourcing, Screening scheduling of candidates on one-to-one basis as per client's requirements.
· Experience on Negotiation of salary
· Joining Formalities
· Induction management
· Training Management
· Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
· Handling employee confirmation, Performance Appraisals.
· Handling the queries related to salary, leaves, attendance and transfer etc.
· Maintaining daily, weekly n monthly reports.
· Document controlling and verification.
· Preparing and maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
